On behalf of our clients, we are currently looking for a:

Caretaker

Your Tasks

• Managing and processing technical alarm, fire, and burglary protection systems
• Setting up conference and meeting rooms
• Management of internal relocations
• Managing technical support requests on call
• Managing visitor passes, access controls, and parking spaces
• Economy and warehouse management
• Planning of preventive maintenance measures

Desired Profile:

• Completed training in a manual profession or as a caretaker, supplemented with several years of experience in building/private property maintenance
• Good technical understanding in the areas of electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems
• Ability to perform minor manual repairs and maintenance work
• Efficient and precise working style with good organisational skills
• All-rounder qualities in caretaking
• Very good German language skills
• Good English skills are an advantage
