Tasks and Responsibilities

Management and control of projects with internal and external parties including cost controlling and budget management
Recording, organising and coordinating maintenance and construction measures, as well as projects with internal and external parties
Active support in strategic space planning and procurement of rental spaces
Participation in mobility solutions and fleet management
Planning, coordination and implementation of facility management services to meet user needs
Recording the short-, medium- and long-term infrastructure needs of the locations and preparing the corresponding investment proposals
External assignments at our Gruner locations throughout Switzerland as required
Professional deputy for the Head of Operations, Technology

Your Profile

Completed vocational training and/or further education in the field of operations maintenance, upkeep or a comparable qualification
Good professional knowledge in the areas of operations maintenance, building technology and fleet management
Interest in shaping and further developing the organisation, the department and the processes
Initial leadership skills are an advantage
Strong communication and teamwork skills, combined with a structured and solution-oriented working style
Business-oriented thinking and acting
Excellent organisational and coordination skills
Very good language skills in German, good language skills in English or French (written and spoken)
Good MS Office skills
Driving licence category B
