Modern IT infrastructures require more than classic administration: automation, cloud, security, and intelligent operating models are increasingly merging. We are looking for a technically skilled individual who masters Microsoft platforms and actively develops hybrid IT environments.
Responsibilities:
Further development and operation of modern Microsoft and hybrid cloud infrastructures
Administration of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows client platforms
Design and implementation of modern endpoint management strategies with Microsoft Intune
Automated software distribution, configuration, and lifecycle management of end devices
Support and optimisation of Windows server environments
Administration of central Active Directory services and group policies
Automation of recurring operational processes with PowerShell, JavaScript, and Ansible
Development of workflows and automations within ServiceNow
Building and further development of infrastructure-as-code and automation solutions
Integration of new locations and systems into existing hybrid IT landscapes
Handling demanding 2nd and 3rd level support tasks
Analysis and sustainable resolution of complex incidents and problems
Participation in cloud, workplace, infrastructure, and migration projects
Implementation and technical further development of security requirements
Optimisation of the system landscape regarding stability, performance, and degree of automation
Qualifications:
Education or further training in computer science, system technology, or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in the Microsoft infrastructure environment
Solid knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure
Practical experience with Microsoft Intune and ideally MECM / SCCM
Good knowledge of PowerShell
Experience with JavaScript and automation is an advantage
Knowledge of Ansible and Ansible AWX
Experience with ServiceNow and IT service management is an advantage
Understanding of hybrid cloud architectures and modern workplace concepts
Analytical thinking and enthusiasm for technical challenges
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Strong customer orientation and professional appearance
Willingness for occasional on-call duty in a professional operating model
