On behalf of one of our clients, a recognised player in the watchmaking and precision mechanics sector, Manpower is recruiting several profiles of CNC Operator (M/F) specialised in grinding and finishing operations.

Your missions
- Set up, operate and monitor CNC grinding and finishing machines.
- Ensure production in accordance with quality, deadline and performance requirements.
- Carry out dimensional and visual checks of produced parts.
- Make necessary corrections and adjustments during manufacturing.
- Participate in series changes and machine settings.
- Perform first-level maintenance and ensure proper functioning of equipment.
- Comply with safety procedures and company quality standards.
Your profile
- Training in mechanics, micromechanics or equivalent field.
- Proven experience on CNC machines, ideally in grinding and/or finishing.
- Mastery of reading technical plans and control tools.
- Knowledge of quality requirements related to precision mechanics.
- Team spirit, autonomy and sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to learn and progress in a demanding technical environment.
