Agile Network Solutions Manager (m/f/d)
Our client is an established Swiss healthcare institution that combines medical care with research and further development. A versatile working environment and the collaboration of different specialist areas characterise the organisation.
Responsibilities:
You shape the roadmap for central network services and ensure that improvements make a measurable contribution to stability and business benefit.
You mediate between technical departments and internal clients, resolve goal conflicts, and keep interfaces and mutual dependencies transparent.
You structure strategic guidelines and concrete problems into prioritised work packages with clear added value and acceptance criteria.
You continuously develop the shared product perspective with business managers, product management, and cross-departmental teams.
You keep the network team’s work portfolio up to date, evaluate new requirements, and coordinate delivery planning within the agile ART network.
Qualifications:
You have a relevant vocational or university degree with a focus on IT, communication technology, or system engineering.
You have at least five years of experience in building or operating complex network environments and are familiar with modern WLAN, WAN, LAN, and security concepts as well as routing and switching procedures.
You have already accompanied or been responsible for technical product decisions and are confident in handling requirements, backlogs, and various stakeholder groups.
You understand agile approaches and can align technical possibilities with operational needs and economic priorities; SAFe knowledge is welcome.
You moderate discussions purposefully, communicate convincingly even with differing interests, and have very good German skills as well as ideally English skills.
