About the job
SCCO229
Tax Service (SCCO)
The SCCO, which has around 160 employees, brings together entities responsible for taxing and collecting various taxes. The collection entity is responsible for tax collection and is able to inform the taxpayer about their payment status and the rules in force regarding arrangements and debt relief.
Your tasks
You are at the heart of the collection of cantonal and municipal tax, direct federal tax, and church contribution.
Whether in writing or by phone, you ensure direct and professional contact with taxpayers (or their representatives). In this capacity, you inform them about the status of their current account and issue various certificates.
You also ensure the proper management of tax payments and refunds, as well as the granting of payment arrangements and debt relief plans according to the applicable rules.
Furthermore, you process postal and banking computer files, as well as those from our own software.
If necessary, you produce release documents for objections related to payment orders.
Your profile
With a commercial education (CFC, academic or professional maturity), you have proven experience in finance or accounting.
Your writing skills and impeccable spelling demonstrate your professionalism. Common IT tools are part of your daily routine and you master them with ease. A particular interest or professional experience in taxation would be an asset.
We offer you
- To join a dynamic and welcoming team in an organisation in constant evolution.
- Attractive employment conditions in a professional environment conducive to work-life balance (teleworking possible in the long term).
- The opportunity to improve and develop professionally.
