Accounts Receivable Specialist with International Financial Expertise (m/f/d)

Role:
Do you want to combine your experience in accounting with international business processes? In this position, you monitor customer receivables, coordinate payment securities, and ensure reliable financial processing of international orders. You will work closely with various departments and business partners.
Responsibilities:
You monitor outstanding customer receivables and ensure timely payment receipt.
You coordinate international payment securities, especially bank guarantees and letters of credit.
You are responsible for issuing invoices and credit notes as well as correct revenue posting.
You regularly communicate with international business partners to clarify outstanding payments and financial processes.
You work closely with project management, order processing, and sales.
You support other areas of financial accounting and take on deputising duties as needed.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship with a Federal VET Diploma, supplemented by further training in finance and accounting or export.
You bring several years of professional experience in accounting, export, or commercial sales support.
You are confident in using MS Excel and open to using modern AI-supported applications.
You impress with numerical affinity, communication skills, customer orientation, assertiveness, as well as an independent, structured, and team-oriented working style.
You have good English skills in spoken and written form; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
