Role:
For an established Swiss organisation with various locations at home and abroad, we are looking for a reliable person for financial accounting. You can expect a varied role with a lot of personal responsibility, direct exchange with various contacts, and a modern working environment in the centre of Zurich.
Responsibilities:
You post ongoing business transactions and take care especially of financial accounting, banks, and debtors
You support various tasks related to the annual financial statements
You manage the debtor management from invoicing through corrections to dunning
You handle the membership accounting as well as other smaller accounting tasks and manage the petty cash
You are the contact person for internal specialist departments and international branches regarding accounting questions
You ensure the correct filing, management, and archiving of contracts and financial documents
You prepare evaluations and take on further administrative tasks in the finance area
You represent the head of financial accounting in their absence
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education and bring 2-3 years of professional experience in accounting
Ideally, you have completed a further education in finance and accounting
You have solid knowledge in financial and debtor accounting
You work confidently with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and have very good Excel and Word skills
You have very good German, English, and French skills
