IT Systems Specialist (m/f/d)
Our ROCKEN partner is a globally operating technology company. It has 12 branches worldwide and works with local business partners in more than 45 countries. They specialise in high-tech KVM products & solutions for the transmission, control, distribution and display of various real-time data in trading and control rooms.
Responsibilities:
- You configure KVM solutions and provide support for servers, network components, databases as well as monitoring software.
- You assist project management in planning and implementing customer solutions and work closely with the development department to conduct software and hardware tests.
- Additionally, you provide support and installation assistance for software solutions both domestically and abroad and conduct training for customers.
Qualifications:
- You have completed basic training in computer science and/or communication technology, whether as an IT specialist, system technician, ICT system engineer, ICT system and network technician or a comparable qualification.
- Three years of professional experience in the ICT environment would be ideal. You work independently, have a high level of self-motivation and can actively contribute to the team.
- You keep a cool head even in stressful situations.
- You find travelling domestically and abroad exciting and hold a category B driving licence.
- An impeccable reputation is a matter of course for you.
- Furthermore, you speak fluent German and English, can express yourself well in writing, and additional language skills are an advantage.
