Responsibilities:
- You ensure smooth collaboration within the team and support project managers from the preliminary project phase to the start of construction
- You manage the entire planning phase from preliminary planning to building permit and maintain close contact with clients, authorities, and partners
- As the central link between all parties involved, you ensure efficient information flow
- You are the main contact person for clients and accompany them through all planning phases
- In project development, you find practical and cost-efficient detailed solutions
Qualifications:
- Completed further education in construction (FH or equivalent) with comprehensive expertise in the construction and real estate sector
- Several years of experience in leading projects in building construction, with proven success in team leadership and coordination of complex construction projects
- Sound knowledge of construction and planning law as well as experience dealing with authorities and clients
- Experience in budget planning and cost control, combined with the ability to develop and implement cost-efficient solutions
- Confidence in communication and strong negotiation skills, both with internal teams and external partners, clients, and authorities
- Fluent German language skills, both spoken and written
