Specialist Export & Trade Compliance 80-100% (m/f/d)
Our client is an established technology company that develops and realises sophisticated technical systems and components for international applications. The company combines development, manufacturing and technical services and supports its solutions through various phases.

Responsibilities:
You review export transactions with regard to legal requirements and necessary permits.
You independently carry out goods classifications according to Swiss and US law.
You assess international business transactions based on applicable export control regulations.
You support purchasing, sales and logistics with export law-related questions.
You manage permits and regulatory evidence for international transactions.
You analyse compliance data and prepare corresponding reports.
You continuously maintain internal guidelines, work instructions and control processes.
You conduct training on trade compliance and export control for employees.
Qualifications:
Studies or further education in foreign trade, customs, law or business.
Several years of experience in trade compliance, export control or international foreign trade.
Sound knowledge of Swiss and US export law.
Practical knowledge of ITAR, EAR as well as Swiss goods control law.
Experience with goods classification and international approval procedures.
Confident handling of ERP systems and digital data and control processes.
Analytical working style, assertiveness and clear communication.
Very good German skills as well as English at least at B2 level.
