We regularly hire Hosts & Hostesses for various events within a shopping centre - in the City of Fribourg.
Job Description
Positions vary according to seasons and assignments.
Generally Saturdays from 10am to 3pm
Profile Sought
Excellent presentation and professional attitude
Sense of welcome and customer service
Ease in social interactions and natural smile
Good communication skills
Ability to manage queues calmly and organised
Patience and diplomacy, especially with children and large crowds
Energy and responsiveness
Sense of organisation and attention to detail
Ability to work in a team
Punctuality and reliability
Composure in case of crowds or unforeseen situations
Respect for safety and hygiene instructions
Positive and caring attitude
Fluency in French is mandatory
Other languages appreciated (depending on the audience)
Previous experience in event hosting is a plus
