Carpentry Estimator 100% Permanent Contract (M/F/D)
Responsibilities
- Conduct price studies and prepare quotations
- Analyse tender documents and the technical aspects of projects
- Assess costs, risks and execution variants
- Work closely with project managers, technical teams and external partners
- Participate in negotiations and follow up on strategic files
- Contribute to process improvements and optimise project profitability
- Provide your technical and financial expertise during key decision-making
Profile
- Advanced technical training in wood, carpentry, fitting or an equivalent field
- Proven experience in estimating, price studies or project management
- Excellent understanding of technical and financial issues
- Autonomous, proactive and solution-oriented personality
- Ease in communication with clients, partners and internal teams
- Sense of responsibility and a broad vision of the company
