Cleanroom Technician

We are looking for our client, an international research laboratory and leader in its field, a Cleanroom Technician M/F

Training as a Physics Laboratory Technician, knowledge in mechanics, training for working in a clean environment
Category B driving licence required
Platform lift licence Attached to the technical manager, you will intervene

In ISO5 cleanroom:

• Preparation and quality control of parts in the cleanroom according to the established protocol
• Cleaning and packaging of parts according to protocol for the cleanroom
• Particle counting in the cleanroom according to protocol
• Placement of parts in the cleanroom for assemblies
• Inspection and removal of parts from the cleanroom after assemblies
• Packaging of cleanroom parts according to protocol
• Monitoring of consumables...

• Logistics tracking of batches of parts through various internal departments and buildings (workshop, chemistry, Building 252, SM18 extension, storage)
• Inspection and preparation of parts before entry into the cleanroom for packaging according to protocol
• Support for the preparation of tools or equipment to be used in the cleanroom (installation, cleaning, packaging, verification before entry or exit) according to protocol
• Support and external liaison for people working in the cleanroom (entry, exit of parts or equipment)
• Maintenance of the work area: tidying, assistance with layout, cleaning
• Reading 2D plans to establish batches of parts
• Inventory and stock monitoring of parts for tooling
• Handling
• Handling of storage crates (mechanical or electric pallet truck)
• Support to the transport team for moving equipment and tools
• Installation of shelving and various handling tasks for the layout of work areas (cabinets, tables, pallets, small crates and boxes
