Activities & Responsibilities
Attached to our Renens office, you are in direct contact with the structure managers and ensure the complete management of sanitary projects for French-speaking Switzerland. You intervene from the preliminary project stage and manage all SIA phases, in collaboration with internal teams, contractors, and clients. You bring your expertise in varied and demanding technical contexts - industry, residential buildings, high-rise buildings, or specialised sectors such as pharmaceuticals - ensuring quality, respect for deadlines, and budget objectives. As a true representative of the company, you play an active role in client development and retention.
We are looking for a person with solid experience in managing sanitary projects, ideally acquired in Switzerland or on projects compliant with SIA standards. You are autonomous, rigorous, and possess good communication skills, both with teams and external partners. You master common planning and monitoring tools (MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and are committed to providing exemplary technical and organisational support. Knowledge of the Romandy region and a good professional network are an asset.

- Establish technical concepts
- Plan technical services respecting project deadlines
- Supervise and delegate various tasks within project monitoring (plans, site control, etc.)
- Monitor the execution of services, quality, and delivery of outputs (specifications, general estimates, tenders…)
- Assess technical and economic risks throughout the project progress
- Participate in the preparation of offers and the development of activity in French-speaking Switzerland
- Supervise the work of internal draftsmen/technicians teams
- Coordinate services performed by external contractors
- Higher tertiary education (ETH, University of Applied Sciences) with 5 years of experience, or ES Technician with 7/8 years of experience
- Proven experience in building sanitary technology; a plus: practical knowledge in CFC heating, ventilation, regulation
- At least 3 years of experience in a Swiss engineering office and knowledge of energy laws, standards (SIA, SICC…) and directives (Suissetec, AEAI…)
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, Teams, Planner…)
- Fluency in French. English and/or German would be a plus
