Responsibilities:
- You prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to IFRS and Swiss GAAP FER
- You take responsibility for the correct management of fixed asset accounting as well as operational accounting (project, profit centre, internal order, and cost centre accounting)
- You post purchase orders and project revenues
- You maintain various master data and check daily value flows in SAP
- You perform account reconciliation and management of various clearing accounts; balance sheet account reconciliation
- You bear process responsibility and control in the RTR area (internal control system)
- You act as a contact person for internal and external partners, including auditors, banks, and service partners
- You support financial projects (e.g. system implementations, process optimisations, automations)
Qualifications:
- You have a commercial apprenticeship and the federal specialist certificate in finance and accounting
- You have several years of professional experience in accounting according to IFRS and Swiss GAAP FER
- You have very good SAP user knowledge (FI/CO, other modules advantageous) as well as solid MS Office skills, strong Excel skills
- You work independently, responsibly, and goal-oriented
- You are characterised by your reliable and precise working style as well as your customer-oriented attitude
