With over 20 years of experience as a Recruiter in Geneva, I am active in the tertiary sector throughout Romandy, with clients including industrial companies, banks, financial companies, law firms, family offices, fiduciaries, watchmaking establishments, and with a speciality in real estate structures.

On behalf of a real estate establishment in Geneva, I am looking for:

Real Estate Accountant M/F

Tasks:

• Preparation of heating statements, distribution and individual statements
• Management account of rental properties
• Accounting and energy management of boiler rooms
• Separate treasury / reporting / budgets
• Payment of supplier invoices
• Management of owner availabilities
• Charge calls / adjustments / reminders in case of delay
• Contacts with tenants, suppliers and owners
• Balance regularisation
• Adjustment of heating agreements
• Validation of allocations
• Various accounting tasks

Profile:

• Commercial CFC or equivalent qualification
• Experience in a similar position desired
• Good command of the French language (spoken and written)
• Rigorous, autonomous and organised person
• Good priority management
• EXPERIENCE IN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IN ROMANDY MANDATORY
