Role:
The focus is on independently managing support mandates, supporting modern IT infrastructures, and quickly and systematically resolving technical issues. The role combines Windows and Mac environments with virtualisation, network technology, and a strong service mindset.
Responsibilities:
Support in planning and implementing IT infrastructures
Independent management of support customer mandates
Management of Windows and Mac environments
Analysis and resolution of technical faults
Use of modern technologies and AI-supported solutions in support
Customer support on-site and remotely
Close collaboration with the IT team on technical challenges
Qualifications:
Completed IT training in computer science or a related field
Knowledge of Microsoft and Mac environments
Experience with VMware ESXi and/or Microsoft Hyper-V
Good knowledge of network technology
Structured, careful, and service-oriented working style
Team spirit, flexibility, and willingness for continuous development
Humour and enjoyment of collaboration
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
