- You ensure a stable, secure, and high-performance operation of the hosting, server, and network infrastructure
- In this role, you operate and further develop the business applications
- As an IT System Engineer, you analyse incidents and support 2nd and 3rd level support in finding solutions
- You monitor systems and interfaces to ensure availability, performance, and security of the IT environment
- In this role, you manage databases and data flows and support the reliable provision of reports and evaluations
- As an IT System Engineer, you participate in infrastructure, application, and digitalisation projects and accompany new solutions from conception to implementation
Qualifications:
- You have completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or have a comparable qualification
- You have at least 3 years of experience in operating and further developing IT infrastructures
- You bring solid knowledge in several of the following technologies: Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, VMware vSphere, Citrix Virtual Desktop, NetScaler, Cisco Meraki, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and PowerShell
- You demonstrate a strong awareness of security, quality, and service
- You work constructively with external IT service providers
- You approach your tasks in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner
