Senior Azure Infrastructure Engineer (m/f/d)

Role:
You take responsibility for complex infrastructure projects and bring them to completion with technical clarity. As a Senior Azure Infrastructure Engineer, you design cloud and hybrid solutions based on Microsoft Azure and elevate existing customer environments to a new level. Customers appreciate you as a confident professional who listens and implements precisely. In your project team, you provide technical direction and keep quality and deadlines in view.
Responsibilities:
You design hybrid infrastructures and cloud environments, implement them, and keep them stable in operation.
You capture customer needs in a structured manner and document them clearly in writing.
Additionally, you are responsible for technical customer projects, which you plan, coordinate, and successfully complete with your team.
You independently support customers, whether by phone, email, or directly on site.
Furthermore, you provide progress reports on the project status and continuously maintain system documentation.
You also coordinate closely with consulting and sales and continuously develop customer systems technically.
Qualifications:
A qualification as a platform developer EFZ, system technician EFZ, or an equivalent education forms your foundation.
You have several years of experience as an engineer in the systems environment.
You work confidently with Microsoft 365 (M365) and are also very familiar with Azure cloud services and OneDrive for Business.
Furthermore, you are willing to assist with migrations outside of usual working hours.
You present yourself reliably, take responsibility, and set high standards for your work.
You also write accurately in German, follow conversations in Swiss German effortlessly, and prepare technical documents in English.
