For our centre in Fribourg, we are looking for as soon as possible, or at the latest by 1 November, as part of our succession planning, for a key role at the heart of our programme who enjoys combining the complexity of the human being with that of the labour market as a:
Coach/Advisor in Professional Reintegration 80-100%
Within the framework of our professional rehabilitation programme mandated by the Disability Insurance (DI), we mainly support qualified adults from specialised and/or responsible roles in their retraining and return to the primary labour market. To strengthen our Fribourg team, we are looking for a person capable of combining quality coaching, understanding of the working world, analytical skills and a professional framework.
Your mission:
• Support a return to work, which is not simply about helping someone find a job
• Help a person gradually regain the ability to function in a professional environment, identify their resources and limits, rebuild reference points and develop a way of working that is both realistic and sustainable

• Understand the real working world and take into account both the person and their professional environment, job requirements, working relationships and employer expectations
• Be comfortable with complexity and adapt support to sometimes non-linear paths, while keeping retraining objectives in sight by sharing observations and knowledge, confronting viewpoints and seeking another perspective when the situation requires it
Your responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the individual support of a portfolio of participants throughout their rehabilitation measure. Specifically, you:
• conduct regular individual coaching sessions and define concrete progress objectives with each participant

• observe and analyse functional abilities in a professional context: organisation, pace, autonomy, communication, workload management, social interactions and adaptability
• support the gradual development of autonomy and work capacity
• help participants clarify their professional project and prepare their return to the primary labour market
• identify opportunities for placements, assignments or internships with companies together with them

• facilitate workshops and group training days
• contribute to creating a retraining environment that resembles the real functioning of a company, while respecting the objectives and limits of the measure
• collaborate closely with DI advisors, health professionals, employers and other involved partners, especially during network meetings
• write structured, factual and decision-useful reports
• document observations and important steps of the process in our internal tools
• actively participate in team life and the continuous improvement of our programme
Your profile:
We are looking for an experienced professional in support and the working world, capable of creating a trusting relationship while maintaining a clear framework. Ideally, you have:
• several years of experience in coaching (or psychology), professional insertion/reintegration, case management, career guidance, human resources or career support

• recognised training in coaching (ICF or comparable training) or relevant training in professional support;
• good knowledge of the Swiss labour market
• knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system and Disability Insurance or a real ability to quickly learn its mechanisms
• experience in facilitating groups, workshops or training sessions
• good command of common digital tools, especially Microsoft 365
• Direct experience with DI, professional rehabilitation measures or case management is a real advantage

• excellent command of French, both spoken and written. Good professional knowledge of German and English is an asset
