- Project work: Responsibility for the implementation of project tasks or independent management of subprojects, including current state analysis, conceptualisation, and implementation
- Customer orientation: Independent execution of tasks with a focus on customer concerns and the ability to adapt flexibly to new situations
- Technical expertise: Valued contact person for internal and external stakeholders, with support for professional development
- Willingness to innovate: Openness to new technologies and independent familiarisation with new subject areas in the dynamic IT environment
Qualifications:
- Basic education in IT with solid knowledge of the Microsoft Server portfolio, AD, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, and other technologies (e.g. Microsoft Exchange advantageous)
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows 365, Windows 11 as well as virtualisation (e.g. VMware vSphere / Horizon View) and storage administration
- Knowledge in monitoring (e.g. PRTG Paessler) and backup solutions (Veeam portfolio) as well as in project and escalation management
- Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
