SMI SECTION MANAGER

We are looking for an SMI Section Manager to lead and develop the quality management system within the company.

Higher diploma in the technical field and/or quality management
Good command of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards
Knowledge of ISO 14001 standard: an asset
TQ3 training or equivalent training in the field of quality
Training or experience in project management
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
Leadership, rigour, autonomy and excellent organisational skills You will be responsible for defining, managing and leading the quality management system, while ensuring its relevance and effectiveness in line with the company’s objectives. You will also ensure document control, monitoring of KPI performance indicators, as well as the implementation of continuous improvement actions.

You will plan and conduct internal audits related to the QMS and ensure the implementation of preventive and corrective quality actions, as well as updates to the associated documentation.
