The Growth Office is responsible for driving strategic initiatives that ensure sustainable growth and development across the institution. It oversees our people office and people development departments, our offices around the world, our business development to strengthen EHL's global presence. The department also supports innovation, strategy and sustainability, aligning the institution’s goals with emerging trends and industry needs. By fostering collaboration across departments, it contributes to the successful implementation of EHL’s strategies.

Head of Organization Development
The Head of Organization Development leads end-to-end transformation initiatives and drives organizational refinement. The role reports to the Chief Growth Officer. It ensures that structures, roles, and ways of working are future proofed, strategically aligned, compliant, scalable, and efficient, delivering measurable business outcomes, clarity for employees, value for customers, and fostering collaboration across the organization.
What will you do?
- Optimize organizational structures (spans and layers, roles and responsibilities, decision matrices, etc) and define organizational needs (skills required, gaps and development plans).
- Facilitate role clarity workshops and decision-making frameworks. Design end-to-end organization’s processes in line with the strategy
- Coordinate cross-functional process design initiatives and implement process performance management (KPIs, dashboards) and continuous process improvement
- Establish communities of practice for process excellence and organizational development.
- Define and implement measures to improve collaboration across teams.
- Measure the impact of organizational structures on effectiveness and collaboration across departments, business units and the wider institution.
- Support the Tech Solutions and Digital teams to define and implement efficient and future proof tools aligned with the defined processes.
- Conduct external benchmarks as and when required to be inspired by the best organization set-up.
Who you are?
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Organization Development, or a related field, complemented by Lean Six Sigma and Prosci/Change Management certifications.
- You have minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources, process excellence, organizational design, or transformation.
- You have proven experience leading cross-functional teams and driving process redesign or organizational design initiatives.
- You have excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and influencing skills.
- You promote a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity.
- You have strong analytical capabilities and are fully comfortable with digital tools, including visualization and workflow solutions.
- You are fluent in French and in English.
