HR Business Partner (m/f/d) 60-70%
Advising managers on HR topics such as performance and salary evaluations, promotions, case management (in collaboration with internal social counselling), employee development, talent management, succession planning, as well as performance and conflict management
Support in organisational development, workforce planning, and change processes including implementation of defined measures
Ensuring a qualitative employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding in close cooperation with HR Services and Talent Attraction
Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal quality standards along all HR processes
Preparation of presentations, evaluations, calculations, and HR documents
Proactive management of leadership processes and coaching of managers
Commercial basic training with HR further education (e.g. federal HR specialist certificate) or business studies with a focus on human resources
Comprehensive HR generalist knowledge across the entire employee life cycle as well as solid knowledge of Swiss labour law
At least 5 years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner with strategic and operational responsibility in a medium-sized to large company
Very good German and English skills; French or Italian an advantage
Confident handling of MS Office; ideally experience with SAP and SuccessFactors
High customer orientation, strong communication skills, structured and analytical working style, assertiveness, and resilience
