Your impact
- Assisting with recruitment
- Supporting employee discussions, warnings and terminations
- Point of contact for managers and employees on HR matters
- Assisting with administrative and organisational HR tasks
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training
- HR further training or practical experience in personnel management is an advantage
- Very good German skills, French skills are an advantage
- Communication skills, reliability and initiative characterise you
