Machine Operator

Looking for a Construction Machine Operator / MPT Operator (Earth Moving Machines)

On behalf of a leading and well-known construction company operating nationwide, leader in the infrastructure and civil and industrial construction sector. To strengthen our workforce within active construction sites, we are seeking an experienced and qualified Construction Machine Operator.

Job Description and Responsibilities

• Operation and manoeuvring of earth moving and lifting machines (excavators, backhoe loaders, wheel loaders, cranes, dumpers, etc.) safely and efficiently.

• Execution of excavations, backfilling, ground levelling and handling of site materials.

• Visual inspection and daily routine maintenance of assigned equipment (checking levels, cleaning, greasing, reporting faults).

• Collaboration with the Site Manager and ground team to meet work schedules and project specifications.

Required Qualifications

• Valid MPT / Earth Moving Machines licence.

• Proven experience (at least 3-5 years) in operating construction machinery within medium/large construction sites.

• Thorough knowledge of workplace safety regulations (Legislative Decree 81/08).

• Good manual skills, flexible working hours and a team-working attitude.
