Role:

For an established Swiss SME, we are looking for an experienced individual who takes responsibility and convinces with a solution-oriented working style. You can expect a versatile position with direct influence on financial processes and business management topics.

Responsibilities:

• You manage the ongoing financial processes and keep an eye on all relevant booking transactions

• You coordinate the periodic financial statements and ensure a clean preparation of the documents according to Swiss CO

• You take care of the correct handling of VAT

• You analyse financial key figures and prepare decision-making bases for management

• You monitor liquidity, support financial planning and contribute to budget preparation

Qualifications:

• You have completed a solid education or further training in finance and accounting and have already gained several years of professional experience

• You bring solid knowledge in financial accounting and are well familiar with various financial statement tasks

• You have experience in preparing and compiling financial statements according to Swiss CO

• You have good expert knowledge in VAT

• You know the most important instruments of liquidity management and have experience in budget planning

• You work structured, independently and reliably and are characterised by a strong understanding of numbers

• You communicate confidently in German and can convey financial matters clearly
