Senior Business Analyst & UX Consultant (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role, you analyse, develop and validate requirements, document processes, structures, data and user interfaces, and take on internal project management in close collaboration with customers and software development teams. You plan and moderate workshops, apply user research methods, and specify solutions regarding user guidance, information architecture and navigation structure, including prototypes and usability tests. You accompany customers in the integration of AI and carefully review the implemented solutions. Additionally, you prepare projects, references and offers for various communication channels, contribute to marketing campaigns, events and customer occasions, and support the further development of the market presence and sales measures. With your degree in business administration, (business) informatics or a similar field, your several years of experience in business analysis, requirements and UX engineering, as well as marketing and communication experience, you shape a versatile, responsible position with plenty of scope for creativity.
Responsibilities:
You analyse, develop and validate requirements and translate complex professional needs into use cases, user stories and viable ICT solutions.
You design UX/UI, information architectures and prototypes, conduct user research, workshops and usability tests, and document processes, data and interfaces.
You take on internal project management and accompany medium to large IT projects in close collaboration with customers and software development teams.
You support customers in the integration of AI, for example within the framework of AI hackathons, and bring new methods and tools profitably into projects.
You strengthen our market presence and sales through expert articles, customer stories, newsletters and LinkedIn posts, as well as by participating in campaigns, events and customer occasions.
Qualifications:
University degree in business administration, business informatics, computer science or a comparable field.
At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, requirements engineering and UX engineering, preferably in an agile project environment.
Solid knowledge of UX methods and tools, such as UCD, contextual inquiry, personas, storyboards, prototyping, usability testing, Figma and AI tools.
Strong communication, analytical and conceptual skills, combined with initiative, organisational talent, entrepreneurial thinking and ideally experience in marketing or corporate communications.
Fluent written and spoken German, good English skills; French skills are an advantage.
