ICT & Cyber Responsible Auditor - Sector Head

Your main missions

• ensure the managerial management of a sector composed of audit managers, experts in ICT & cyber risk management and senior data analysts, ensuring their skills development and achievement of their professional objectives
• plan, conduct and supervise the execution of audit and consulting missions dealing with ICT and cyber risk management, business continuity and operational resilience of the BCV group, as well as manage the teams involved in these missions
• ensure the presence of ICT & cyber skills in transversal audits
• provide senior bodies with assurance regarding the control of ICT and cyber risks within the framework of audit mission execution and reporting
• contribute to the continuous modernisation of audit techniques (data analytics, artificial intelligence, continuous auditing)
• contribute to regulatory, methodological and technological monitoring, as well as to the follow-up of ICT & cyber projects and major developments within the Group, and assess their impacts on the audit universe and the multi-year audit plan
• represent Internal Audit to internal stakeholders as well as to the umbrella organisations of the sector.

Your profile

• higher education in computer science and/or information security EPFL/HES, CISSP, CCSP, CISA and/or CISM certification(s) an asset
• minimum 10 years’ experience in the fields of banking ICT & Cyber audit and/or operational management of ICT & cyber risks
• excellent knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements, as well as banking IT applications and systems supporting them
• proven practice in the use of data analytics techniques
• experience in line management
• ability to prioritise in a demanding environment
• analytical and synthetic mind in a complex and constantly evolving environment
• rigour, courage, sound judgement and ability to challenge constructively
• interpersonal ease, excellent oral and written communication skills, perfect command of French.
