Quality Trainer (m/f)
Your Missions:
- Lead training sessions on aesthetic control standards
- Assess learners as well as training activities
- Participate in the development of course materials and exercises
- Plan and ensure the organisation of resources to be implemented for the smooth running of training (premises, equipment, sessions, invitations,
- Process results from acquisition sessions
- Manage and lead your activity within a group of Trainers and Experts
- Participate in the improvement of the training process
Profile
Training focused on andragogical Trainer (adult education) in sensory or technical fields
Strong knowledge and practice in the profession of control by aesthetic sensory analysis
Knowledge of aesthetic criteria in high-end watchmaking is an asset
Knowledge of basic quality tools
Proficiency in common IT tools
Very good communication skills, open-mindedness, flexibility and respect
Proactive and innovative in training systems
