Clerk Export & Order Processing (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF79,300 - 85,800Our client is a successful Swiss trading company with many years of experience in the food sector. The company offers its customers a broad product portfolio and combines high quality standards with reliable procurement, efficient logistics and personal support. Long-term customer and supplier relationships are central to this.
Role:
To further expand the team, an additional position in international export and order management is being created. You will independently manage customer orders, coordinate worldwide transports and ensure smooth shipping and export processing. In doing so, you will work closely with customers, freight forwarders and internal departments and take on a great deal of responsibility in day-to-day business.
Responsibilities:
Independent handling of international customer orders up to invoicing
Organisation of transports by road, sea and air
Preparation and procurement of export, customs and shipping documents
Monitoring delivery dates and ongoing orders
Coordination with customers, freight forwarders and internal interfaces
Support with complaints and claims
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training, ideally with further education as an export/foreign trade clerk or equivalent
Professional experience in international order, export or shipping processing
Good knowledge of export documentation, customs clearance and international transports
Experience working with freight forwarders as well as road, sea and air freight
Very good German and good English skills; French is an advantage
