In this role, as Head of Financial Accounting, you take responsibility for financial statements, reporting, team leadership and efficient financial processes. Your tasks with the new employer:

• You take on the professional leadership of a well-rehearsed accounting team with responsibility for coordination, prioritisation and targeted development of employees
• You ensure smooth processes for accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, real estate and general ledger accounting and ensure precise financial processes
• You prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to Swiss CO together with the finance management and provide sound reporting for important decisions
• During audits, tax returns, internal controls as well as ERP and financial projects, you act as the central contact person and sustainably optimise processes

You offer your new employer:

• A completed commercial apprenticeship with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) or a business degree forms the solid foundation for this responsible leadership position
• With further training in finance and accounting at the specialist certificate level or a comparable qualification, you bring valuable expertise
• Extensive experience in financial statements according to Swiss CO, very good Excel skills and ideally practical experience with Abacus support you in everyday financial matters
• At least one year of leadership experience, communication skills, assertiveness and a cooperative leadership style make you a valued personality
