The Addiction Valais¦Sucht Wallis Foundation is the cantonal reference for addictions. It offers specialised support to anyone facing addictive behaviour (with or without substances), as well as to their relatives. It consists of five counselling and support centres, a day centre, three residential centres, socio-educational support services at home, and central services. The Foundation is inspired by the recovery model, through an individualised approach built with each person.
Due to the current holder changing role, we are looking for our future
Manager of the Villa Flora Residential Centre 80%- 90%
Your responsibility:
You assume operational responsibility for the Villa Flora residential centre.
To this end, you:
- Manage the services of the residential centre ensuring coherence, quality and development of support for beneficiaries.
- Support and supervise staff in the exercise of their duties within a multidisciplinary context.
- Exert leadership in line with institutional values with 20 employees by setting a clear and supportive framework.
- Encourage the team’s adherence to institutional orientations while stimulating professional reflexivity.
Yourself:
You hold:
- A tertiary qualification in health, psychology, social work or a related field.
- A recognised specialisation in the field of addictions (CAS in addictions).
- A management qualification (CAS or equivalent).
You have:
- Significant field experience in the area of addictions or mental health.
- Significant experience in a residential context.
- Proven experience in leading a multidisciplinary team in a residential setting.
You demonstrate:
- An ability to think through complexity, make decisions and take clear positions.
- A leadership stance based on trust and responsibility.
