Role:
The company is a Swiss technology and production enterprise developing individual solutions for demanding industrial applications.
Particularly exciting is the combination of engineering and a high degree of in-house manufacturing. Employees work on technically demanding projects and accompany solutions through various phases – from development and planning to production and implementation.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the strategic and operational management of finance and controlling and ensure a reliable financial foundation.
You critically analyse existing processes and drive the optimisation of internal processes purposefully forward.
You lead a small team from the finance and human resources departments both professionally and organisationally and ensure clear structures.
As a central interface, you coordinate the exchange with internal and external stakeholders and accompany financial as well as organisational issues.
With your business understanding, you support the further development of the company and create well-founded decision-making bases.
Qualifications:
You bring a higher business administration education as well as solid and demonstrable knowledge in finance and controlling.
You have several years of experience in a comparable responsible position and are familiar with leadership tasks.
You quickly recognise complex contexts and convince with your networked, entrepreneurial thinking.
Thanks to your pronounced assertiveness, you can bring together different interests and represent decisions effectively.
You communicate fluently, confidently and appropriately in German and English.
