Team Leader Electrical Cabinet Assembly (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

You are responsible for the professional and personnel management of the electrical cabinet assembly team with around 10 employees, including their development and knowledge retention

You ensure a high quality standard in assembly and guarantee the implementation of safety regulations

You take responsibility for coordinating assembly orders according to successful planning and ensure delivery dates and assembly costs

You actively assist in day-to-day business and work closely on projects to further develop the department

Your Profile

You have completed a technical basic training as an automation technician or similar and ideally have successfully completed leadership training

You have several years of experience as a team leader in mechanical engineering

You are a solution-oriented, assertive and communicative personality and enjoy taking on new challenges

Good user knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, as well as good SAP knowledge are advantageous

You communicate very well in German (written and spoken), English skills are an advantage
