Responsibilities:
In this role, you act as a competent contact person and maintain relationships with builders, architects, suppliers and employees
As project manager, you are responsible for planning ventilation and air conditioning systems in the industrial and service sectors
You bear responsibility for the implementation and execution of ventilation and air conditioning projects, including consulting, planning, sales and budget compliance
Qualifications:
Negotiation skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities are among your strengths
Your teamwork skills and good IT knowledge, especially in MS Office and CAD, complete your profile
You have a technical education, whether as a completed apprenticeship as a building services planner specialising in ventilation, as a technician TS, or with a FH engineering degree specialising in ventilation
Ideally, you have already gained several years of professional experience in the field of ventilation and air conditioning systems. You are characterised by entrepreneurial thinking and possess solid project management knowledge
Good German language skills, both spoken and written
