What you can contribute

• Provide services related to the register of Swiss abroad and identity documents
• Process civil status matters and nationality cases
• Check and process visa applications
• Provide assistance in consular protection and social aid
• Advise and support Swiss abroad and visiting Swiss nationals
• Maintain accounting, manage documents and archives

What makes you unique

• Commercial employee CFC, preferably acquired within a public administration
• Professional experience involving customer contact, preferably in resident control, civil status and/or migration
• Experience abroad desirable, especially in challenging contexts
• Open and friendly attitude, great flexibility, team spirit and stress resistance
• Strong service orientation, precise and conscientious work
• Good understanding of Swiss politics and interest in related topics
• B2 level in two official languages and in English
• Willingness to accept changes of posting within the network of Swiss representations abroad, including in difficult contexts
• Swiss nationality (dual nationality permitted)
• Impeccable reputation
