Job Description
A Geneva-based, human-sized company specialising in bespoke carpentry and interior fitting is strengthening its team and seeking a Salesperson.
You will be responsible for the commercial development of the company, working with a clientele of professionals and private individuals.
Your main responsibilities:
- Develop new clients and partners;
- Retain and grow the existing portfolio;
- Prospect among architects, property management companies, general contractors and project owners;
- Identify needs, advise clients and conduct sales meetings;
- Prepare offers and simple estimates, with support from our technical team for complex projects;
- Present, negotiate and follow up on offers until completion;
- Ensure the monitoring of your activity and results in our ERP system.
Profile Sought
We are primarily looking for a commercial, autonomous and results-oriented person who enjoys client contact and knows how to build lasting relationships.
Experience in carpentry, fitting, construction or a similar technical field is essential. You are organised, persistent and comfortable with negotiation.
A driving licence is essential.
