About the job
For over 35 years, CENAS has been supporting patients in the diagnosis and management of sleep disorders. Present in Geneva and Bulle, we bring together specialist doctors, psychologists, technicians and administrative staff around a shared ambition: to bring joy, energy and desire back into patients’ daily lives by restoring their natural ability to sleep well.
Joining CENAS means becoming part of a growing and transforming human-scale organisation, where collaboration, excellence, innovation and attention to both patients and staff are at the heart of our daily work.
You will work in a dynamic, multi-site and multidisciplinary environment, in contact with committed teams serving specialised medicine with a strong impact on health and well-being.
Your mission
You are the local HR contact for a scope of around 60 employees spread across CENAS, CISG and Efficium, on three sites: Geneva, Chêne-Bourg and Bulle.
In a growing and evolving environment, your role is twofold: to support teams and managers in their daily HR challenges and to help structure the HR practices and processes necessary for the organisation’s development.
Highly present on the ground, you support the various stages of the employee life cycle and actively contribute to HR and organisational transformation projects.
