Responsibilities:
- As a valued contact person for clients, architects, and co-planners, you maintain important relationships
- You successfully lead your project team and take on a coaching role
- In this role, you independently take responsibility for the management of projects in the heating/cooling sector and implement them proactively
- Furthermore, you actively engage in the further development of the company and employees and make a significant contribution to the lived corporate culture
Qualifications:
- Your qualifications include a completed basic education as a building services planner EFZ, specialising in heating/cooling, as well as a subject-specific further education (FH, HF or professional certificate)
- You bring practical experience in planning building technology projects
- You appreciate innovation and actively promote your employees
- Your German skills are very good in spoken and written form
