Project Manager Building Services Engineering (m/f/d)

- You take on the consulting and support of varied and diverse customer projects across service phases
- In constant coordination with the technical system planners, you plan and calculate the building services systems
- Additionally, you take on site supervision including quality, cost, and schedule control
- Within the project process, you prepare tender documents and conduct bidder discussions
- You lead the installation personnel & apprentices
Qualifications:
- You have completed training in ventilation, e.g. building services planner ventilation
- You have completed further education as a technician HF
- You have several years of professional experience as a project manager
- You have good knowledge of common MS Office programmes
- Very good PC + CAD skills
- Very good German language skills
