Do you want to not only operate modern IT workplaces but actively develop them further? In this role, you combine Microsoft cloud technologies, intelligent automation, and IT security into a powerful workplace environment. You will be entrusted with technical responsibility, diverse optimisation projects, and the opportunity to sustainably shape modern IT standards.

Responsibilities:

• Further development of a modern workplace architecture based on Microsoft 365 and cloud-based client technologies

• Design, administration, and optimisation of Microsoft Intune for efficient and automated endpoint management

• Implementation of modern deployment strategies for software, operating systems, and mobile devices

• Ensuring endpoint security through intelligent policies, vulnerability management, and automated patch processes

• Administration and optimisation of Microsoft 365 services with a focus on Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online

• Automation of recurring administrative tasks with PowerShell and modern management workflows

• Management of the digital workplace throughout its entire lifecycle, from provisioning to decommissioning

• Management of user accounts, access rights, software licences, and technical resources

• Analysis of complex faults and sustainable resolution of errors within the workplace infrastructure

• Participation in the further development of security concepts, configuration standards, and cloud governance

• Maintenance of technical documentation and optimisation of hardware and software inventory

• Implementation of continuous improvements based on best practices, IT service management, and current Microsoft technologies

Qualifications:

• Completed IT education, further training at HF/FH level or comparable practical qualification

• Several years of professional experience in the administration and further development of Microsoft 365 environments

• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Intune, endpoint management, and the administration of modern Windows clients

• Practical experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online

• Solid understanding of endpoint security, patch management, identity management, and access control

• Experience in automating administrative processes, ideally with PowerShell

• Knowledge of incident management, problem management, and systematic fault analysis

• Analytical thinking and the ability to solve complex technical problems in a structured manner

• Independent working style, strong service orientation, and sense of responsibility

• Interest in cloud technologies, zero-trust concepts, and the continuous modernisation of digital workplaces

• Good German skills for collaboration with technical and professional stakeholders
