To support us in this transformation, our Biel/Bienne store is looking for a:

After-Sales Service and Administration Assistant – 50% to 70%

Bilingual French - German

Your mission:

Within the framework of Conforama after-sales commitments and in compliance with the procedures and instructions given, you will be responsible for:

• Welcoming and advising customers at the counter and on the phone,
• Managing all after-sales service files: spare parts, interventions, exchanges, credit notes, loans to customers,
• Managing the flow of defective products and spare parts,
• Processing payments made by customers, issuing refunds,
• Ensuring the administration related to the smooth running of the service.

You will also assist the store Administrative Manager and perform the following tasks:

• Various administrative tasks and data entry related to the store’s activity,
• Responding to emails and phone calls,
• Managing your cash register,
• Controlling all processes and documents related to financial flows,
• Managing customer and auxiliary accounts (open customer accounts),
• Transaction control,
• Managing the flow of home deliveries.

Your profile:

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a commercial employee or sales manager,
• You have very good technical knowledge in IT and leisure electronics,
• Comfortable with common IT tools, you are organised, have good interpersonal skills and know how to be diplomatic,
• You are available on Saturdays,
• You are bilingual French-German.
