- Leading the IT operations team
- Hands-on work in the operations area
- Advising and supporting clients regarding IT concerns
- Supervising and coaching team members as well as developing team efficiency
- Ideally at least 5 years of professional experience after apprenticeship
- Leadership experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
- Solid M365 knowledge
- Business fluent German and good English skills in spoken and written English
- Flexible and resilient personality with strong communication skills
- Team player with a strong and assertive character

Profile
- Completed training in computer science- Ideally at least 5 years of professional experience after apprenticeship
