Your tasks:

• Administrative and organisational support of project managers
• Preparation of quotations, order confirmations and orders
• Coordination of material deliveries and appointments
• Support in project planning and execution
• Communication with customers, suppliers, network operators and internal departments
• Monitoring of project deadlines and follow-up of open issues
• Maintenance of project documents and documentation
• Support in the preparation of final documentation and billing
• General administrative tasks in project business

Your profile:

• Completed technical basic training, ideally in the field of electrical engineering, building technology, solar, HVAC or metal construction
• Commercial further training (e.g. Technical Salesperson with a federal certificate or in training)
• Professional experience in technical clerical work or project administration is an advantage
• Interest in renewable energies and photovoltaics
• Very good organisational skills as well as a structured and independent way of working
• Confident handling of MS Office; ERP knowledge is an advantage
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form
• Driving licence category B
