We are looking for the following for our client:

Head of Solar Panel Installation (a)

Your tasks:

• Hands-on assembly & quality: Active participation in the assembly and installation of photovoltaic systems (pitched and flat roofs as well as open spaces) including fall protection.
• Site coordination: Technical and organisational interface on site, coordination of materials, schedules and processes with project managers and clients.
• Daily responsibility: Ensuring smooth site operations and compliance with all occupational safety and quality standards.
• Commissioning & service: Carrying out functional tests, maintenance and repair work on existing systems.
• On-site team leadership: Professional guidance and support of team members on site.
  
  
  
  

• Solid professional experience: Approximately 5 to 8 years of experience in the installation of photovoltaic systems or in the pitched roof/façade sector.
• Training: Completed vocational or technical basic training (e.g. electrician, roofer, tinsmith, solar technician or metalworker).
• Hands-on mentality & coordination: Willingness to actively participate physically combined with the ability to independently structure processes.
• Leadership experience: High personal responsibility, assertiveness and enjoyment of professional leadership are sufficient.
• Physical suitability: Absolute suitability for working at heights, resilience and weather resistance.
• Driving licence: Category B driving licence is mandatory.
