Property Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 120,000Responsibilities:
- Independent management of residential and commercial properties
- Support of tenants and contact person for all concerns
- Creation and administration of rental contracts
- Conducting apartment viewings, inspections and handovers
- Planning and execution of maintenance and renovation work
Qualifications:
- Completed further training as a property manager with a professional certificate
- Several years of professional experience in property management
- Sound knowledge of SAP, Rimo 5
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Independent, structured and responsible working style
- Driving licence category B
- Very good communication skills in German, additional language skills advantageous
