Our client is an internationally active Swiss manufacturing company in the consumer goods sector. With modern manufacturing technologies, high development expertise and a consistent quality standard, the company develops and produces high-quality products for customers worldwide. Responsibilities:
You coordinate international transports by land, sea and air freight.
You process export orders including the required customs documents.
You obtain transport offers and award the corresponding orders.
You keep track of delivery dates and ongoing transports.
You independently organise and process worldwide courier shipments.
You check and process transport invoices according to internal guidelines.
You keep customer and order data up to date in the ERP system.
As a contact person, you coordinate communication with freight forwarders and transport partners.
Qualifications:
A commercial apprenticeship forms the basis for this role.
Initial professional experience in export, shipping or international transport is an advantage.
Good English skills facilitate communication in an international environment.
You work reliably and precisely, even with several parallel orders.
An independent working style is one of your strengths.
You present yourself confidently in contact with freight forwarders and external partners.
You have a quick grasp and organise yourself efficiently.
Teamwork, flexibility and good resilience complete your profile.
