Role:
In this versatile role, you take responsibility for the planning, implementation, and optimisation of complex building services systems. You work on technically demanding projects in research, industry, and building technology and contribute to realising energy-efficient and future-proof solutions.
Responsibilities:
You plan and design sophisticated HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitation) as well as drinking water, wastewater, compressed air, lifting equipment, and crane systems.
You determine the requirements of users and develop optimised technical solutions considering costs, energy efficiency, and operational safety.
You are responsible for tendering, awarding, construction management, acceptance, and operational optimisation of projects.
You conduct engineering and project management for renovations, conversions, and modifications of existing systems.
You take on the role of client representation in new construction projects and ensure quality assurance.
You perform energy-related operational optimisations and contribute to sustainable solutions.
Qualifications:
Completed studies as a HVAC or mechanical engineer (Bachelor, University of Applied Sciences or equivalent).
Solid knowledge in fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and mechanics.
Several years of professional experience in the planning, design, and project management of complex HVAC systems or in plant engineering.
Experience in the technical and organisational management of infrastructure projects.
Enjoyment of technical challenges, analytical and solution-oriented thinking.
Strong communication skills, organisational talent, and an independent working style.
Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage.
